     The Pittsgrove Township Board of Education has the following position available for the 2025-2026 school year:

• TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANT

     QUALIFICATIONS:

1. An associate's Degree with two years of technical work experience preferred.
2. Course of study in Information Technology or related Computer Science undergraduate major.
3. Experience working in a Google Suite environment.
4. Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware issues.
5. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced technical environment.
6. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
7. Ability to work well with technical and non-technical end-users.
8. Knowledge of principles and practices of network design and administration.
9. Experience with Mac, Windows, and Chrome operating systems.
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
11. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
12. Such alternatives to the above qualifications that the Board of Education finds appropriate and acceptable.

     JOB GOAL:

     To assist the Technology department in a variety of technology related projects with a primary focus on the maintenance  and  repair of student Chromebooks.
