The Pittsgrove Township School District is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following position for the 2025-2026 school year:

 

*WORLD LANGUAGE TEACHER 

 

Employment Terms: 10-month work year (Sept.-June).  The position is full-time with benefits (SEHBP) and offers a starting salary of BA1-MA21, dependent on experience and qualifications.

 

  Appropriate certification is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid New Jersey Certification and Subject Area Endorsement or eligibility
  • Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods
  • Ability to work with other professionals in a team environment for the benefit of our students.
  • Knowledge/experience of using technology in the classroom.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status 

                                      

REPORTS TO: Building Principal



JOB GOAL:       To provide an approved education program and establish a class environment that

        fosters learning and personal growth; helps students to develop skills, attitudes, and

        knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education, and to maintain

        good relationships with parents and other staff members.
