Pittsgrove Township School District has the following position available:

 

 

Employment terms: 12-month work year.  This position is full-time with benefits and offers a salary range of  $50,000 to $65,000, commensurate with education and experience.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Minimum of three years of secretarial or administrative assistant experience 
  2. Excellent leadership, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills 
  3. Self-motivated 
  4. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively and independently 
  5. Knowledge of data management tools and Student Information Systems(SIS)
  6. Proficiency with common software packages and applications, including but not limited to: Google, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, and web pages 
  1. Proficiency with both Mac and PC platforms 
  2. Required criminal history background clearance and proof of U. S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience in a public school district or educational setting
  2. Familiarity with NJDOE regulations, district policies, and school office procedures
  3. Experience with student information systems (e.g., Oncourse, Genesis), HR platforms, or Board of Education documentation systems
  4. Knowledge of scheduling protocols, meeting preparation, and document retention practices
  5. Demonstrated experience supporting senior-level administrators
